What to send
- A short video (1–2 minutes) of your symptoms: for cervical dystonia, sitting and walking, showing the head and shoulders; for Meige syndrome, your face at rest and while talking
- Your neurology reports and diagnosis
- Your current medication list and previous treatments, including botulinum toxin (dates and effect)
- A brain MRI if you have one. It is not required
