Our rules
- Named reviewer. Each clinical page shows who reviewed it and when (last review: 14 October 2026).
- Sources for every number. Figures come from randomized trials, meta-analyses and guidelines, listed on each page and on references.
- Our own data is labelled. Results from our own patients, such as the infection rate and the symptom improvement in cervical dystonia, Meige syndrome and myoclonus-dystonia, are always labelled “our case series” and kept separate from literature figures.
- No drug names. We describe groups of medicines only. Medication choice belongs to your own neurologist.
- Patient videos are published only with written consent.
- No guarantees. Results of DBS vary from person to person.
- Regular updates. Pages are reviewed when important new evidence is published.
